Många människor i världen, ja kanske i vår omedelbara närhet har självmordstankar och ett självmordsbeteende där de skadar sig själva för att själen värker så. Jag har tagit med en text som en annan person har hittat och sänt mig, så det är inte jag som skrivit det, men jag vill ta med i fall någon kan ha nytta av det som står där. se nedan. -Och: JESUS KRISTUS är den som kan och vill RÄDDA ALLA MÄNNISKOR FRÅN HELVETE och ELÄNDE och HAN ÄR DÄR FÖR DIG NU, DU som INTE MÅR BRA! DU behöver bara ROPA hans namn i ärlighet så vill han hjälpa dig!!! Du kan maila mig på adress som du finner i gästboken.

*The thought “I want to die,” usually comes up when people are in so much psychological pain that they feel they can no longer bear it. The feeling of being in unbearable pain will pass. The most important thing to do is to keep yourself safe while you are feeling this bad.
People are often too nervous, ashamed or afraid to talk about the fact that they are having suicidal thoughts. However, sharing these feelings with someone you trust is often the first step to feeling better. Find someone you trust, such as a friend. Let the person know how bad you are really feeling. Don’t be afraid to tell them if you are suicidal and/or have a suicide plan.
Just talking about how you feel and how you got to this point in your life can be a huge relief and help you find a way to cope with the pain you are currently experiencing.
Lack of sleep can contribute to depression and lead to an increase in suicidal thoughts.
Remember that imperfection is part of the human experience and something we all share*.
