FORGIVING LOVE

Forgive, forget, yes, everything,

Let Jesus blood cleanse all the sin,

Lost love will surely break a heart,

Forgiving love, heals scars within.

Forgive, it is a breath of life,

Cast bitterness and death behind,

And clear the way to hope all things,

Forgiving love, is patient, kind.

Forgive, God knows about our pain,

Affliction, sorrow, and the grief,

By faith, believe, He does the rest,

Forgiving love, will bring relief.

Forgive, there’s beauty in that word,

A soothing salve, the sweetest bliss,

Or for the grace to do it now,

Forgiving love, is happiness!
